New data analyses are initiated in Program Mark by selecting the File | New options. You will be asked to enter the number of encounter occasions, the number of groups, number of individual covariates, and the type of data that were collected. You must also specify the Encounter Histories File, where the actual encounter history data will be provided. Details of the process are provided in Initial Values.
