Partial Continuous

To partially fill the current column in the design matrix with sequential values (i.e., 1, 2, ...), select the FillCol | Partial Continuous menu choices. The current column is the one containing the highlighted cell. Sequential values will be placed starting in the highlighted cell for the number of cells and below based on your response to the request for the number of cells to fill. This command is useful for testing for trends in a parameter by creating models such as S(T). As an example, suppose the following design matrix is on the screen, with the current cell shown as the one with the underlined value.
