Robust Design Joint live-recapture/live resight/tag-recovery model (Barker's Model)

The standard Barker model has been extended to include the robust design. That is, each of the live capture occasions are now a primary session with multiple secondary occasions. This model has a simular set of parameters as the Barker model. Extensions aret that the live capture probability is replaced with initial capture (p) and recapture (c) probabilities of the closed capture models. All of the closed capture models are therefore available to model the primary occasions, and thus population estimates are available for each primary occasion, either as a beta parameter that is converted to a real parameter included in the likelihood or else as a derived parameter with the Huggins model.

The other extension over the basic Barker model is that temporary emigration outside the live-captures study area can be estimated separately from permanent emigration. Parameter notation for this extended model is to use the gamma parameters consistent with the parameterization of the robust design, and the additional parameter F to represent fidelity = 1 - permanent emigration.
